Di suspects — Emmanuel Eke, Ogechi Ogbogu (wey people sabi as “United”), Charles Anayor (a.k.a “Biggie”), and Nelson Isaiah — dey face three-count charge wey concern conspiracy, kidnapping, and m⁸rder.
Dem talk say na for sometime in 2012, di suspects plan together to kidnap and later kpai Eugene Ndubuisi Orlu Orlu for Ubima community inside Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Dem still talk say di four suspects and some other people wey run go hide, kidnap di man, collect ₦15 million ransom, kpai am, put him body inside sack, and bury am for bush wey dey between two communities.
When dem read di charge for court, all of dem talk say dem no do am (plead not guilty).
Dem no even beg for bail, and di judge, Justice Augusta Kingsley-Chukwu, order make dem remain for Port Harcourt Correctional Centre.
Di judge come adjourn di case go 20th and 27th of May, 2025, so that hearing fit start fast-fast.
