Emergency people – including Wales Air Ambulance, Welsh Ambulance Service and police – rush come the place for Newport on Tuesday, May 20. Dem later confirm say one 17-month-old girl don carry go hospital.
Gwent Police give update say the small pikin condition no be life-threatening or life-changing, even though she fall from second floor bedroom.
Police talk say the pikin still dey hospital dey collect treatment.
The pikin mama come defend herself for social media after the incident. She talk say she just leave the pikin alone for small time – say na less than five minutes – because she waka go kitchen, na wetin WalesOnline report.
Gwent Police talk say: “We receive report of one medical emergency for Welland Crescent, Newport, around 12:45pm on Tuesday, May 20. Officers rush reach the place with paramedics from Welsh Ambulance and Air Ambulance.
“One 17-month-old baby girl dey rushed go hospital. Her injury no serious reach to threaten her life or change her life forever.”
One neighbour wey live for ground floor talk say na him see the girl fall and na him raise alarm.
This kind accident just happen few days after another pikin fall from window and later die, as the boy mama just stand dey look in shock. The matter happen for Forest Hill, southeast London.
Emergency people rush go Wynell Road by 12:17pm on Sunday when dem hear say one small pikin fall from height. Dem carry the boy go hospital but e no survive.
Police talk say the death na “unexpected” and nobody don arrest yet as dem still dey investigate.
