One court for Akure don order make one man wey dem call Mr. Ademola Adesina no dey hang around or sleep for the house wey him ex-wife family dey stay — Mrs. Iyabo Omoleye.
This order come after Omoleye carry the matter go court, say her husband no dey take care of their pikin dem and say he wicked well-well when dem still dey together.
She talk say Adesina abandon the family for more than six months, and when he come back, na to drag pikin dem by force, even though he no show face or support dem since.
She still talk say the man no dey send the children, say him no get anything to gain if he take care of them. On top that, she say he just dey come around to disturb her and waka up and down for her family house, where she and the children dey live.
But Adesina talk another thing. He tell court say their marriage dey peaceful before dem lock am up. When he come out, he see say the woman don already carry three months belle, wey she later remove — so he dey suspect say she cheat when he dey prison.
He also talk say the woman dey laugh am say he no sabi for bed, dey compare am with her other men.
Adesina talk say him no get house again, no work sef. He talk say the woman don collect the house rent and pursue am comot from where dem dey live before.
He say na why he come dey sleep for the front of her family house, since nowhere dey for am to go. He still talk say the children don forget am, say dem no even see am as papa again.
Justice A.E. Akeredolu come advise Adesina make he try focus on how to rebuild him life and find work, instead make he dey go disturb the woman and her family.
The court talk say, “Make the man no go that family house go sleep again.”
Dem also talk say the matter about how the pikin go take see him papa and how dem go dey maintain dem go talk am for next court day.
Even after the order, Adesina talk say he no get anywhere else to go, say na there him go still dey.
The court come warn am say if he no follow the order, wahala go dey.
Dem adjourn the case go July 1 to continue.
