One Abia man wey set him family house for fire because e think say im wife dey do anyhow with another person, don die with im wife shortly after their pikin die for the fire.
Abia State Police talk say Mr Udochi Amala, 40 years old, im wife Mrs. Amala and their 2-year-old pikin don die after Mr Amala set their house on fire.
DSP Maureen Chinaka, police spokesperson for Abia, talk say the thing happen for Asa Umudioka autonomous community for Osisioma Ngwa LGA for Abia State. The vigilante group for the community report am to police for Osisioma on May 16, 2025.
She explain say the head of vigilante group hear loud shout and when dem reach the place, dem see fire for Mr. Udochi Amala house.
She talk say Mr Amala accuse im wife say she dey do bad thing with another man, so e burn imself and im family for house, and that one cause the death of their small pikin wey be 2 years old.
She add say police detectives come the place quick, carry the pikin dead body go morgue.
Police talk say Mrs. Amala get serious burn injury, so dem rush am hospital. Mr. Amala too get injury, dem arrest am and carry go hospital for treatment.
But on May 17, 2025, both Mr. Udochi Amala and im wife wey dem dey treat for hospital die.
