Ozekhome yarn this one for fresh interview wey e do with Channels TV, as im dey react to how politicians dey rush enter the ruling party – All Progressives Congress (APC). Di latest person wey defect na Governor Uno Emo of Akwa Ibom, wey leave Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) join APC.
According to am, all dis waka-waka enter APC na “bootlicking for the highest level.” E come warn say this kain movement dey push Nigeria slowly go one-party system, wey no go good at all.
“People just dey rush dey support the president, wey never even fit do hin work well for the past two years,” Ozekhome talk.
“All these governors wey win under one party, then dump am go join opposition party – na total lack of morals and decency be that. Na the same thing dem be, like Akara and Moi Moi – dem no different.
We no even sabi say we dey drive enter one-party state slowly. And dat one na very dangerous road, because for one-party system, na dictatorship dey reign.”
