Minister of Works, David Umahi, don hail President Bola Tinubu say e don bring serious change come Southeast and Nigeria as a whole.
As e dey talk during 2025 Sallah celebration with Ebonyi Muslim community for Abakaliki, Umahi talk say na Tinubu dey responsible for turning around the years wey federal government no look Southeast side.
“Before now, many states for Southeast no dey get federal projects. But today, federal presence dey show well-well for the region. Na true national unity be that,” Umahi talk.
E still praise Tinubu government for the way dem take carry everybody along, both religion-wise and otherwise. E mention how Tinubu go the Pope inauguration as something wey never happen before, and e show say the President get respect for all religions.
“The way different religions dey relate for Nigeria now don better. E shock many Christians when dem see say na President lead Nigerian team go Pope inauguration,” Umahi talk. “All of us dey serve one God, just in different ways. Both Muslims and Christians dey preach love and fear of God.”
