Kwara State Police Command don arrest one 17-year-old boy wey dem call Malik, wey dem say allegedly stab him papa girlfriend, Mrs Falilat Yusuf, wey people sabi as Iya Ganiyat, to death for Gaa Akanbi area for Ilorin.

Dem talk say di woman dey inside her house when Malik enter and stab her plenti times for neck, before he leave her inside blood for floor.
Di spokesperson for Kwara State Police, SP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, confirm di arrest on Tuesday, June 17, as she dey talk with Daily Trust. She say na police quick action stop angry people from beat Malik to death as he dey try run comot.
She talk say, “Di suspect dey under our custody now, and investigation dey go on.”
Wetin people for di area talk be say Malik no dey stay for di compound again, and dem don ban am before because dem suspect am of tiff and wahala wey him don cause before with di woman.
Teslim, wey be di pikin of di woman wey die, na him first see him mama body. He talk say:
“I see Malik near our house dey do somehow, dey form sign with him hand. As I ask am wetin he dey do, he run. But as I enter house, I see my mama for ground inside blood. I shock.”
He talk say later Malik come back to di house with different cloth, but him shoe still get blood. Na that one make neighbours hold am sharp-sharp and hand am over to police.
