One 26-year-old man wey dem identify as Ebere don die mysteriously for one hotel room wey dey Midwifery Junction, Okpanam, inside Delta State, on Monday morning, June 23.
According to reports, Ebere check into the hotel around 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, with one of him friends.
By 6 a.m. Monday morning, hotel staff come rush enter their room after the friend raise alarm say he wake up come see Ebere body for ground — he no dey breathe again.
One source talk say,
“The CCTV show say the young man check in with one friend. The friend talk say when dem wake up, na so dem take see say Ebere don die.”
Delta State Police Command spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, confirm the matter. He talk say dem don carry the friend go custody while dem wait for autopsy.
“The suspect no go get release until autopsy show wetin really cause the death. Na the hotel management report the case, and dem don carry the body go mortuary,” na wetin the PPRO yarn.
