Tinubu Want Make Opposition Strong — Akpabio Tell PDP and Labour Party: “Make Una Put House in Order”

Senate President Godswill Akpabio don talk say President Bola Tinubu wan see better, strong opposition parties for Nigeria.

Akpabio talk this one on Wednesday, June 25, during the official opening of the new Interchange Bridge for Arterial Road N20 (Wole Soyinka Way) wey pass over Murtala Mohammed Expressway for Abuja.

According to am, President Tinubu dey disappointed say opposition parties like PDP and Labour Party (LP) dey scatter scatter and no get unity.

The event na part of celebration for Tinubu’s two years for office, and Akpabio represent the President for there.

Earlier, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike don blast PDP leaders say dem dey run go INEC over internal wahala about who go be National Secretary of the party.

Reacting to everything, Akpabio beg PDP make dem settle their internal problem. He talk say democracy no fit work well without strong opposition. He also show concern about the confusion inside Labour Party.

“Na una carry una self enter this wahala — try come out quick. President Tinubu dey interested to see strong opposition. E dey pain am say opposition don scatter like this. As true democrat, he wan make opposition dey strong for the country,” Akpabio talk.

He add say:

“Before I come here represent the President, I read one letter from Labour Party. No be only PDP get wahala — Labour Party sef don scatter. People wey no fit manage small party, dey talk say dem wan run Nigeria.”

Akpabio still mention say Senator Imasuen don leave Labour Party that same day go join APC.

“I no dey tired; I dey happy to welcome am. Our APC door dey open. Congrats to Imasuen wey leave the broken Labour Party come APC,” he talk.
