One 8-year-old boy don rescue for Thailand after dem find am dey live like animal inside bush with a pack of dogs, and the only way wey he fit take communicate na to bark like dog.
The incident happen for Uttaradit province, northern Thailand, where authorities see the boy for inside one dirty, abandoned hut on June 30, during a joint operation. Na school principal wey report the matter give children’s rights activist, Paveena Hongsakul, wey trigger the rescue.
When police reach the place, dem find the boy inside one old wooden house wey him 46-year-old mama and 23-year-old brother still dey live. Both of dem test positive for drugs, and police don charge dem with drug use.
According to Paveena:
“The boy no sabi talk at all. He just dey bark like dog. E really pain me when I see am like that.”
Na also reveal say the boy never go school well, and the one time wey dem try register am, the mama only do am to collect government education money, then lock the boy back inside house.
Neighbours talk say the mama dey beg for food and money near temple steady, and because of her strange behaviour, other people for the area no allow their children near the boy. Na only six dogs wey the family get naim the boy dey play with. Over time, the boy begin behave like dog, dey bark instead of talk.
Education Ministry officials and local police confirm say the area na drug zone, and the boy no get any friend or person except the dogs.
Right now, the boy don dey under protective care for Uttaradit Children’s Home, and Paveena don assure the public say:
“We go make sure say he gets everything wey he need to build him life back. We go follow up with am closely.”
