English striker wey get Nigerian roots, Tammy Abraham, don join Turkish club Besiktas on loan from AS Roma.
The 27-year-old forward land for Istanbul on Tuesday for medical, and the club don confirm say dem don agree to a season-long loan deal. The agreement also get option to turn the move to permanent transfer for 13 million euros, starting from the 2026–27 season.
According to Besiktas:
“A loan fee of 2 million euros go be paid to AS Roma for the 2025–2026 season. If certain conditions dey met, we go buy am permanently for 13 million euros, wey go be paid in instalments till 2030.”
The club also reveal say dem don already start official talks with Roma and the player, who still get one year left for him contract with the Italian side. Him full name na Kevin Oghenetega Tamaraebi Bakumo-Abraham.
Tammy join AS Roma from Chelsea for 41 million euros back in August 2021 on a five-year deal. He play key role for the team wey win the 2022 Europa Conference League.
Before this Besiktas deal, Abraham just finish loan spell with AC Milan during the 2024–25 season, where he score 10 goals in all competitions.
