Lagos State Police Command don arrest one suspected member of Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) wey dem talk say shoot one 17-year-old boy, Michael Olaifa, for Itapo area inside Epe Local Government.

Dem gather say di OPC member shoot di boy for reason wey never clear, and di mata happen around 3am on Monday. Dem talk say di suspect open fire for where di boy dey, shoot am for dia and run comot immediately.
As di mata happen, di youths and residents for di area vex go street begin protest. Dem carry di boy body waka from Itapo pass many areas for Epe to show say dem no happy and dem dey demand justice.
Di protest cause kasala for di area until police and other security people enter the matter. Dem use teargas and warning gunshots scatter di crowd.
“One 17-year-old boy just die like that as OPC member shoot am for 3am for Epe. Di man run after di incident. Na im make youths and community people carry di boy body waka for street to show dem vex,” one witness yarn.
“Police and other security people later come, dem use teargas chase people, carry di boy body go hospital for proper investigation.”
Hundeyin still talk say police don arrest di suspect after dem search everywhere for am.
“Suspect don dey under arrest and dem don carry am go SCID,” e add.
