According to Olalekan Bakare-Oki, General Manager of LASTMA (Lagos State Traffic Management Authority), the accident happen for Origan, Oko-Afo, between one keke with number MUS 716 QM and one Mercedes-Benz 4MATIC SUV wey carry special plate number “OSUNFNKE.”
