Africa’s Richest Man Dangote Reveals the Largest Amount He Has Made in a Single Year (Video)

Nigerian billionaire and founder of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has disclosed the highest amount of money he has ever made within a single year.

Speaking during an interview with James Dumoulin, Dangote revealed that he generated an incredible $10 billion in just the first quarter of a year, highlighting the massive scale of his business empire.

When asked about the most money he had ever earned in a single year, the business mogul responded:

“First quarter, we did about $10 billion.”

During the conversation, Dangote was also questioned about his estimated net worth and whether the figures published by financial institutions accurately reflect his wealth. He suggested that his actual worth could be significantly higher, noting that several of his business interests are not publicly listed.

The billionaire entrepreneur, who remains Africa’s wealthiest individual, was further asked how he would like to be remembered. In response, he said his greatest ambition is to be known as the man who helped industrialize Africa.

Dangote’s wealth has continued to grow in recent years, driven largely by his investments in manufacturing, cement production, fertilizer, and the massive Dangote Refinery project in Nigeria.
