The remains of late Nollywood actor and model, Alexx Ekubo, have been laid to rest in his family compound in Arochukwu, Abia State.
Family members, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers gathered in large numbers to pay their final respects as the actor was given a befitting burial in his hometown. Emotional scenes were witnessed during the funeral as mourners struggled to hold back tears while saying their final goodbyes.
Videos circulating online captured the solemn atmosphere as the late actor’s body was escorted to his family compound before the final interment. The burial ceremony drew the presence of relatives, community leaders, and members of the entertainment industry who came to honour his memory.
Alexx Ekubo, who hailed from Arochukwu in Abia State, was widely loved for his roles in numerous Nollywood productions and his contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry. His passing has continued to generate an outpouring of tributes from fans and colleagues across the country.
